Omakase Oslo is the brainchild of Chef Vladimir Pak, an awarding chef whose hands work magic with sushi. He named it so because Omakase means ‘trust the chef’, a concept that goes deep into the restaurant’s visions. The team here aims at keeping alive the Edomae tradition through sustainable ingredients from Norway and Tokyo.
The intimate space here accommodates a maximum of 10 people in one sitting, making the experience more personal for the customers.
